Rick And Morty from Adult Swim celebrate October 31st by bringing together their major villains for a Five Nights At Freddy's parody.
Five Nights At Freddy's became hugely popular through its video games, where players deal with a haunted restaurant for kids. Following the release of the first live-action film by Blumhouse, featuring the eerie animatronics at 'Freddy Fazbear's,' it's clear the spooky characters have gained massive attention. Now, for October 31st, Rick And Morty is gathering some of their creepiest characters to honor the famous video game personalities turned movie stars.
At the forefront of this new artwork is Scary Terry, a character from Rick And Morty who's a spoof of Freddy Krueger and had significant mental health struggles in the Adult Swim show. Alongside this razor-fingered character in the poster are Mr. Meeseeks, Mr. Frundles, Frankenstein, and The Predator. As the seventh season of the popular Adult Swim show continues, it'll be intriguing to see which of these frightening characters that previously troubled the Smith family will reappear.
Five Nights At Rick Sanchez's
Five Nights At Freddy's earned almost $80 million USD during its first weekend in North American theaters. The horror series has been very successful, mainly due to the story revealed in its few video games. Although there's no official news about a sequel yet, it feels like only a matter of time before Blumhouse decides to make a part two.
