I Want to Escape from Princess Lessons Anime Adaptation Announced!

The manga series "I Want to Escape from Princess Lessons" (Hikyouiku kara Nigetai Watashi) is going to be made into a TV anime! The Comic PASH! editorial team shared this exciting news on November 2 JST, just a day before the fifth tankoubon volume was released.


"I Want to Escape from Princess Lessons" is a manga drawn by Uri Sugata and published on Shufu-to-Seikatsusha's PASH UP! website. The manga is adapted from light novels written by Izumi Sawano and illustrated by Miru Yumesaki. According to J-Novel Club, the light novels are described as:

"Duchess Leticia Dorman has been betrothed to Crown Prince Clarke since age seven. She was once a rambunctious and free-spirited child, but the strict education she’s receiving to make her a fit future princess has really put a cramp in her lifestyle. "I Want to Escape from Princess Lessons" started as a web novel on Shousetsuka ni Narou in 2018. It later became a light novel with two volumes published in 2019 and 2020.
