They also announced that Attack on Titan Final Season Part 4 will start in Japan on November 4 at midnight (effectively November 5 at 12 AM JST) and will be 85 minutes long.

The first part of Attack on Titan Final Season started in 2020, and the second part came out in 2022. Part 3, which was like an extended special and is called Attack on Titan Final Season The Final Chapters Part 1 by Crunchyroll, came out in March of this year. Crunchyroll says the following about it:

"The fate of the world hangs in the balance as Eren unleashes the ultimate power of the Titans. With a burning determination to eliminate all who threaten Eldia, he leads an unstoppable army of Colossal Titans towards Marley. Now a motley crew of his former comrades and enemies scramble to halt his deadly mission, the only question is, can they stop him?"

"Attack on Titan" is based on a manga series created by Hajime Isayama. The manga was published in Kodansha's Bessatsu Shounen Magazine from 2009 to 2021, with a total of 34 tankoubon volumes. The anime first aired in 2013 and was made by WIT STUDIO at first. Later on, MAPPA took over for the Final Season. This series has also led to the creation of spinoff manga, books, video games, and two live-action Japanese movies.

Kodansha USA describes the first volume of the manga like this: "In this post-apocalyptic sci-fi story, humanity has been devastated by the bizarre, giant humanoids known as the Titans. Little is known about where they came from or why they are bent on consuming mankind. Seemingly unintelligent, they have roamed the world for years, killing everyone they see. For the past century, what’s left of man has hidden in a giant, three-walled city. People believe their 100-meter high walls will protect them from the Titans, but the sudden appearance of an immense Titan is about to change everything. Winner of the 2011 Kodansha Manga Award (Shonen) and nominated for the prestigious Osamu Tezuka Cultural Prize for 2012."
